The complexity of designing a service station from scratch not only implies the development of engineering but also requires the preparation of studies to generate new accesses and the design of circulations within the land to efficiently access each service and in addition to the management of permits with different government entities to obtain the relevant construction permits. A new sales point was designed for Petrobras, which included: a fuel sales service for light vehicles, a convenience store and a car wash area. The project considers 131 m2 of store, a 225 m2 marquee and 2,000 m2 of beach.
